FAQ

  • Not necessary. You can easily come by tram, bike or bus from Basel or Saint Louis. But if you come by car, we have several parking places just in front of the house.

  • You can rent Alsace Balconies for a minimum of one week, but we remain open to any special requests.

  • We have 6 double beds + 2 double sofa beds. It’s ideally made for 6 to 8 persons for seminar and 12/14 persons for families.

  • Yes ! you will have access to all the luxury facilities and amenities. We provide all bedding, linen and towels to ensure your group sleep comfortably.
